I’m Sasha, and I help millennial women harness their hormones to achieve their ideal weight and pain-free periods through a holistic approach that doesn’t involve restrictive diets.
Off and on since 2015, I was caught in the toxic grip of diet culture. I tried everything from 1200 calorie diets, intermittent fasting, and intense HIIT workouts, believing these methods were the key to weight loss and health. But instead of achieving my goals, I faced weight gain, absent periods, poor gut health, and an underactive thyroid.
My journey to healing and reclaiming my confidence began when I realized that our bodies will give us what we want when we give them what they need. Women have been focusing on nutrition and fitness advice designed for men, leading to imbalanced hormones, painful PMS, and stubborn body fat.
Through weightlifting, flexible dieting, and embracing a hormone focused approach to wellness, I not only transformed my body but also gained the courage to break free from toxic patterns.
