From ages 3 to 80, I have had the opportunity to impact and help hundreds of people learn about proper exercise and nutrition and create positive lifestyle habits they can use for the rest of their lives.

Fitness is not one size fits all, but there is a specific fit for EVERYONE regardless of age, gender, body type, experience level, and physical capabilities.

  • I train mothers with their little ones right next to us; sometimes, they join in with exercising, too!

“I noticed a change in my body soon after starting.”

I started working out with Sasha after I went to the doctor and he said I had high blood pressure. Of course, he wanted to put me on medication right away but I said no.

I knew my daughter would be able to help me more naturally than any kind of medication could. I told him I'll do it naturally through diet and exercise and that I'd be back in a month to prove this.

We worked out 3 days a week right in my living room with minimal equipment. I also walked 2 days a week.

I went back to the doctor, and his assistant took my pressure and said it was normal! Well, I couldn't wait to get in that room to gloat . Not only was pressure down but so was my weight and he was impressed. It has been a little less than a year now, and I'm down almost 30 lbs, and pressure is still normal.

“After the birth of my daughter, I experienced so many unexpected changes and challenges - physically, biologically, mentally and emotionally. I told myself by her 1st birthday, I’d start working out and investing in my health. Then COVID hit, her 2nd birthday came and went, and no progress. I ballooned to my highest weight since pregnancy. During the pandemic I dabbled in low-carb eating and solo training programs but nothing stuck - I’d see 2 weeks of progress and then drift into old habits.

I needed help holding myself accountable. Then I found Sasha! She helped me see the bigger picture and showed me the importance of consistency in exercising AND eating regularly. She took on all the hard work that I found so daunting and made it easy for me: always prepared with workout routines, guiding my nutrition, and now charting my progress. She also helped me examine my own habits and uncover that ultimately, I had a really unhealthy relationship with food, which was really eye-opening and helpful in turning my fitness journey around.

I never enjoyed working out. In fact, you could say I used to hate it. Sasha makes it fun! She comes prepared with new workouts to keep it interesting every session. She supports me but also gives me the confidence to push myself and keep going. Sasha also makes you feel supported and reminds you that you’re human: even on my off days when I underperform, she supports me and lets me dictate my own limits.

AND THEN THE RESULTS! I’ve been training with Sasha for 6 months now, and I’ve already hit 2 out of 3 fitness goals in a very short time. After my pregnancy, I struggled a lot with a lack of core strength; I had trouble sitting and standing up without the use of my hands. But thanks to Sasha’s daily ab circuit, within 6 weeks, I was able to do a sit-up unassisted.

On top of that, Sasha is a wonderful person. I look forward to our 1-hour sessions not simply as a personal trainer, but as a good friend! We have spent a lot of time together over the past year and I’m happy to have found a friend in her as well. “For years, I have been battling my weight and trying to be healthy. Being diagnosed with PCOS and inheriting some not-so-good family genes were always in my way to feeling my best self. I had always tried to workout on my own, plus a couple of years of physical therapy for 2 meniscus tears. I thought I was actively ok. Then came the pandemic. Boy, was I wrong, and my body began to show it.

My sugar was at its highest ever, and I didn’t feel good. In a routine check-up, my doctor wanted to change my medication and up my dose, and that’s when I said, “No, that’s not happening, I need to do something now”!

With the help of my sister, who had already started working with Sasha, she recommended I give her a try. It was February 2021, and I needed to take back control over my body, but most importantly, my health.

During our assessment session, Sasha made me feel at ease and good about all the strength I actually still possessed but just needed to work on. From the beginning, Sasha became the cheerleader I didn’t know I needed. I also never imagined that I could workout from home, through Zoom, and feel great all from the comfort of my home!

At first, it wasn’t easy, having had two knee surgeries also scared me, as fear would creep in, and I limited myself to what I could do. Sasha always took note of this and made sure we modified whenever something didn’t feel right, and I appreciate that. It made me realize that it’s ok to modify, but it’s not ok to give up.

More than a year later, Sasha has helped me become the actual active and healthy person I always wanted to be. She has helped me take back control of my health and be conscious of what I need to feel amazing. She has given me the tools and knowledge that I will continue to use and grow as an active person. “I’ve been training with Sasha for only about 4 months and I couldn’t be happier with my results. For me, losing weight wasn’t my primary goal, I was more concerned with toning up problem areas (mainly my arms and stomach). Over the past few months, I have lost weight but, more importantly, gained muscle. I feel more comfortable in my clothes and overall just love how my arms are looking, which was ALWAYS my biggest insecurity.

I always thought that lifting heavier than ten pounds would make me “bulky” because, previously, that is what happened working with other trainers, along with not sticking to a real diet. Sasha has told me the “secret” to dieting: never deprive yourself but also don’t eat the whole loaf of bread.

I am now following a more consistent and realistic diet and lifting weights I would never dare to. Sasha has taught me so much on proper lifting techniques to protect my body from injuries and to get the most out of every rep.

We do A LOT of stretching in the beginning of the workout, which has helped immensely with ongoing knee pain that I have had since middle school. My job requires me to be on my feet all day, and to not go home with red, inflamed knees is truly a blessing!

To say the least, training with Sasha was the smartest decision I’ve ever made it’s just a bonus that she is hilarious and always down for a little dance session in between sets. “Sasha has been my faithful guide on my journey back to health and mobility.“

“I’ve been working out with Sasha in my home for over a year 2x per week. When I started out one year ago, I had been inactive for 4 years after having a baby.

Immediately before training with Sasha, I went through several weeks of physical therapy following a diagnosis of posterior tibial tendinitis and advanced osteoarthritis in my knee (after 2 ACL replacements in the past). The PT was not cutting it, and I was not receiving enough attention during my visits. I was in bad shape and still had trouble negotiating stairs and even hills.

Over the past year with Sasha, I have gained tremendous strength throughout my body and have immensely improved my balance and confidence in my abilities. Sasha, at the start, eased me into my workouts to ensure my injuries were accommodated and that I was not feeling any pain.

All of her workouts for me are efficient (not one second is wasted!) and custom designed for my body and abilities. I will never be the division I athlete that I once was, but I now am able to chase my 4-year-old daughter, play ring around the rosie with her, carry laundry baskets, and run up and down the stairs in my home with ease.

Mobility is something I took for granted until I lost it. My daughter now witnesses her mommy working out and knows that I am taking care of myself.
