  • First, we’ll talk about your fitness level and daily habits. I want to know what your life looks like right now:

    • Are you working out consistently, or have you struggled to find a routine that sticks?

    • What type of workouts have you tried, and what has or hasn’t worked for you?

    • How active are you throughout the day, and are you feeling energized or drained?

    We’ll get clear on where you are so that we can map out where you need to go.

  • Hormones control so much more than most women realize. Whether it’s unexplained fatigue, stubborn weight gain, painful periods, mood swings, or even suspected conditions like PCOS, I’ll help you uncover what might be going on beneath the surface.

    • Are you experiencing PMS symptoms that make life difficult?

    • Do you feel like your energy and mood are all over the place throughout the month?

    • Have you been diagnosed with a hormonal imbalance but didn’t get the help you needed from your doctor?

    This part of the call helps me understand your hormonal history, so we can discuss strategies that support your cycle and balance your hormones naturally.

  • We’ll also dig into your nutrition because what you eat has a direct impact on your fitness and hormonal health.

    • Have you tried different diets without lasting success?

    • Are you confused about what to eat for energy, fat loss, or hormone balance?

    • Do you struggle with cravings, bloating, or other digestive issues?

    By reviewing your diet history, we’ll be able to pinpoint areas for improvement and start making small changes that yield big results.

  • I want to know what your big dreams and goals are! Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, improve your energy, or get your hormones in balance, this is the part of the call where you can share what matters most to you.

    • Do you want to feel more confident in your skin?
